Platelet Rich Plasma

There are endless areas for applying platelet rich plasma aka PRP. It works by drawing your blood, spinning it in a centrifuge and extracting the platelet rich plasma to use on or injected into the skin. This helping heal damaged tissue by producing new collagen and elastin therefore regenerating skin or hair follicles. Plasma being made up of water also hydrates the skin when injected or used with microneedling. 

 

PRP can help with certain types of alopecia and hair thinning, bags and hollowing under the eyes when injected and reducing the appearance of stretch marks and scarring in conjunction with microneedling

 

PRP is most commonly paired with microneedling but is fantastic injected on it's own.
